Make a particular day your quit day. Don’t deviate from this plan. Tip: Psych yourself up by making a list of all the reasons to quit—you’ll be healthier, develop fewer wrinkles, have nicer breath, save money, and you won’t be subjecting people to second-hand smoke. Step 2: Write down smoking triggers Write down your smoking triggers. When you drink? After dinner? With coffee? Knowing what prompts you to smoke can help you quit. I quit after over 20 years. Ill tell what worked for me ANGER sheer rage at the gov. taxes and the evil tobacco companies After 1 day of suffering through withdrawel I kept telling myself dont waste that suffering by giving in like I had done so many times in the past . After about a week or less I began to forget about it and I wasnt thinking about a cigarette first thing when I woke up. You can do it just get PISSED at the price and unfair gov. taxes it works trust me..
okay party people in da house!!! get a nicorette inhaler..im using one now to quit..its really strong..not very nice but wen you take a huge pull it makes u cough and then after about 3-5 minutes of pulling on it you dont need a fag anymore.. and make it easy on yourself..quit smoking cigaretts..but wen theres a joint being passed around toke away!!
to stop smoking cigarettes, start to smoke pot

im starting today havent had 1 today but i have anothar problem on mondays tuesday wensday i like to smoke weed but i mix tobacco in my joint

I know but it seems like howcast dosn’t even realize how dificult it is to quite. When my mother decided to quite smoking, it took her 3 years to actually quit.

I’ve been smoking since 1999 and I never thought that I can do it and quit. 2 weeks ago I quite using a wonderful medication called Champix, it makes quitting much easier. However, I need to keep my self busy to avoid thinking about cigarettes, also I’m going to use a calender, I liked the Idea.
@toyotas i quit , after 18 years…not only is it easy , its EJOYABLE! You crave them because you think youre depriving yourself , the actual physical need is almost unoticable which is why it dosent even wake you for hours when you sleep…forget nicorettes or patches it tried them before, they only lengthen the addiction and make it hard to quit. Deal with the self imposed brainwashing first and it becomes as easy as taking a walk….seriously. I read a certain book, and it was all over.

i smoked 100 grams of white ox a week, the only way to give up is to just stop!!! replacement therapys only prolong the agony of withdrawls! it about stoppin the emotional compulsion to smoke. When trying to give up ;you may feel like life is about to end, but it NOT! the feelings will pass, just dont light up, each time you resist the easier it gets. Dont get me wrong i know how hard it is ive done it. but the results of not not quitting will be harder
Seriously, it is very difficult to quit smoking, I am trying for so many years now, still after gap of 15 days or sometime a month, I again start smoking….. I am really tired of trying.
